CUSTOMER SERVICE

I can take care of your emails, social media messages and blog comments quickly and professionally. I’ll make sure your customers get the support and attention they deserve.

INVOICING

While you're out there working I'm here taking care of the necessities. I can send out invoices and estimates, I can follow up late payments and make sure everyone is taken care of.

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

Do you find yourself getting stuck doing mundane tasks, day in and day out? Enter Trade Your Time VA Services. I will manage your calendar appointments or due dates, and many other tasks that come up.

GENERAL SUPPORT

Including data entry, website maintenance, social media management, basic graphic design, print management, travel plans and more! Just ask.

 

HOW IT WORKS

THE FIRST STEP

I know that taking the first step can be the hardest. We can chat by phone or email to discuss your requirements. We'll discuss what jobs you would like to pass on and how many hours it might take to complete.

SERVICE AGREEMENT

I'll then send you a service agreement to sign which clearly outlines that work as we discussed. I'll also sign a confidentiality agreement to protect you.

TRAINING

We all work in different ways so to start we would go through all your procedures and get everything set up so I have access to the programs and files you use. You can supply me with a document for simple instructions or we can have a more in depth conversation by phone or Skype to make sure I do everything the way you like it to be done.

ONGOING

At any stage if you want to pass on more tasks we can discuss your new requirements. I'm happy to start slow and gradually increase tasks as time goes on.

I'll give you weekly updates on what I've been doing and if I have any suggestions to help your processes improve. Also I'd love any feedback you have, I'm here to make your life easier!

 

RATES

I also have packages for social media scheduling, website maintenance and email management which I am happy to quote a price after we discuss your needs. Hourly rates set out below.

PAY AS YOU GO

Pay by the hour is for those occasional one off tasks that don't come by very often.
$40 an hour

WEEKLY

If you're looking for regular work each week we can set up a weekly payment for a set amount of hours.
For example.
$175 for 5 hours
$350 for 10 hours

URGENT ASSISTANCE

If you need something done immediately please contact me for availability.
$50 an hour

WHAT IS A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT?

A Virtual Assistant is an administration professional or personal assistant that works from the comfort of their own home. They have their own ABN and get to choose the working hours that suit them.

WHAT CAN A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT DO?

Lots! A Virtual Assistant can do the majority of things that a personal assistant or office administrator does, but from home. We can reply to emails, invoice your clients, manage your social media. We can do anything that can be done online or by phone.

WHAT HOURS DO YOU WORK?

I'm available everyday. I try to do most jobs within standard business hours but the benefit to you and me is that I can do work at whatever time that suits.

HOW DO I PAY YOU?

The best way is to direct transfer to my bank account. I can also accept credit card payments through paypal. Payments are strictly 7 days.

HOW DO YOU ACCESS MY EMAILS OR FILES?

If your email is already online I can just log in to your email from my computer. Otherwise I can set up your email on my desktop. Files can be shared through Dropbox or Google Drive, that way we both have access to the same files.

WHY SHOULD I USE YOU?

If you're not sure whether I'm the right fit to work with you, I am happy to do a trial run so you can see exactly what you're getting. I'm Australian based and understand Australian business so there is no chance if miscommunication.
